Hindi language and English are the official state languages of India since the year of 1965. The area of spreading of Hindi language covers some northern and central regions of India, for example, such states as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and National capital district Delhi. The number of people speaking in Hindi, according to available data, is approximately 500 million people, that provides this ancient language the 4th place in the world for the number of people speaking it (after Chinese, Spanish and English languages).

Hindi language considered to be Indo-Aryan branch of Indo-European languages. The formation and development of literary Hindi was determined by a large quantity of local religious movements, each of which wanted to create their own variant of translation of the sacred texts written in Sanskrit or Persian. Because of the existence of numerous transitional and temporary dialect forms of Hindi, four groups of dialects are allocated. At the heart of the written Hindi language lays the Indian syllabic drawing Devanagari and in some states of India - the Arabian letters are used.
